About Us
Parade Mews Pottery, established over 20 years ago, is situated in a cobbled mews in Tulse Hill, South London. We have a teaching pottery at Number 7, and also the option for a membership to our open access pottery which houses a friendly bunchh of part time enthusiasts developing and selling their own pottery.
We are a working pottery run by Melissa Pritchard and with the help of a great team. We offer:

Our goal is to provide the opportunity for anyone, regardless of experience, the opportunity to explore their creativity and find expression through clay, with fantastic facilities and a great atmosphere!
Overview of Services
Adults' classes: Monday - Thursday weeknights (7 - 9pm) and Wednesday & Friday daytimes (10 - 12am)
mixed ability, from beginners to intermediate potters
learn to hand build, throw on the potter's wheel and glaze your work
Children's classes: Wednesday 4.30 - 6.00pm, 7 years and above
after school classes to unlock your child's creativity!
your children will learn to hand build, throw and glaze their creations
Bubble sessions: come with your household 'bubble' for a group session of pottery outside

Taster sessions: experience either hand building or throwing on one of our taster classes
11am - 1pm on certain dates (see here for more information)
this is a great introduction to pottery; you will keep your two favourite pieces to be fired
Hen parties: visit our pottery with your hen group to sip champagne while creating great pots
choose to throw or hand build your creations
Saturdays or Sundays, 11am or 2pm for two hours
your work can be collected by a hen about 4/5 weeks later!
Children's parties: come to us for your child's birthday pottery party.
we tailor the party to your needs: just tell us your theme
the children spend one and a half hours making pottery, then go upstairs fora. part tea!
